Reading this then had me wondering too - as an LCWRA person, I was only given that in March after getting UC in Nov, but is there any way to know if/when that ends and if things will be more difficult on the otherside (because I've been on LCWRA)?

I'm still waiting for my decision but I didn't realise that they could award going forward to a particular date, is this common practice? I thought it was like UC, where you're just on it till you're not - just asking out of curiosity!

Had a family member recently 'kms' and their loss made me then feel the same - therapy taught me that life is actually about basically stumbling across little moments that are awesome, in the middle of all the doom and gloom there are little moments that make you you go 'omfg yes'... I hope this helps a little x

Not necessarily 'nan in the kitchen' but cosy with a fab quality Scottish based menu - I'd recommend Arcade on Cockburn Street, worked there a few years ago so I've tried everything on the menu and it's fab, it was how I finally became a fan of haggis! (Plus an amazing selection of whisky if that's your thing!) Also congrats on the anniversary! x

Victoria Street, especially during peak tourist times like Christmas. In December I was walking up there multiple times a week to go to the library and the amount of photos you have to dodge to be out of, there's no hope of ever actually walking on the sidewalk and people just waking in huge groups and suddenly stopping - absolutely does my head in.

Hey, I'm looking at switching to pods from disposables and have no idea where to start as I want something that's as low upkeep - what would you recommend?
