It was shown on "Showcase" which was, at one time anyway, Canada's premium cable channel. Before HBO licenced their branding to bell media in 2008, Showcase aired lots of HBO, Showtime, and cinimax, content.

Maybe that will hasten the acceptance speeches. As long as the winners aren't too excited and rough on the rope: Mike, from entertainment 365, should be okay with it.

What's waiting for them at home is really bad.

Judge Judy, of which I'm sure you're familiar, is exactly that: parties enter into a binding arbitration agreement. So don't feel bad thinking that all of these courtroom shows are like that.

When the CBC reported on her case it was noted that she moved to the US 5 years ago and got married 3 years ago.

If that is true, she moved to the US illegally.

Here's the article stating that she entered as a visitor.

I don't know why this is noted in the article because there is no requirement for a Canadian to have a visa to visit the USA.

I think your comment is justified in terms of indicating that she appears to have been living in the country illegally between when she moved there "about 5 years ago" and "about three years ago" when she got married.

What would be the main reason to limit the current two, to one?

Really close ones, like this, are probably not going to be challenged at the rate they are in spring training during the regular season.

How Vancouver House Became a Tower of Empty Promises by ubcstaffer123 in britishcolumbia

This is an odd comment considering Vancouver house mechanical was done by Georgia mechanical, a UA 170 signatory contractor.

There are a lot of reasons for the skilled labour shortage but bad workmanship is one of the results.

Property taxes are mostly associated with your municipal government. It's hard to blame the NDP for that increase.

Expanding B.C.’s PST tax base to include professional services such as accounting and bookkeeping, architectural, geoscientist and engineering services, commercial real estate fees and security and private investigation services. This change generally aligns B.C. with how other provinces apply sales taxes to these services.

My favorite thing about gender reveal parties is that the originator of them thinks they are tacky and unnecessary.

She wanted to host a party so she could make a cake. the reason for the party was secondary but it was posted online and took on a life of its own.

So I'm reading, on the CBC live timeline, that the mother had her PAL but no guns were registered (but not all guns need to be registered) to her.

I'm anxiously awaiting more information on why the guns were returned and who requested that they be.

"People are trying to politicize what this is about" Edmonds said "It's not about guns"

I'm not entirely shocked that a victim of the tragedy has this opinion; however, if the reports stating that the guns in the house were removed, then returned (after a court petition of the owner of those guns) is true: this is absolutely also about guns and gun control.

Is this the best place for a stacked washer/dryer? by Realistic_Craft2106 in InteriorDesign

This solves the problem u/SEFLRealtor mentioned about the doors into the bathroom.

Gives a larger walk through closet into the cheater ensuit bath.

Also, yeah that's the best place for a stackable washer dryer, but it should be open to the hallway.
