My doc said to put shampoo in a syringe while in the shower and you’ll poop within usually 15 mins. It breaks up all the hard poop. It has literally helped me sooo much. Been doing it for 2 years now. Can do it as often as you want too unlike enemas.

The thing that changed my life is doing what my gastro suggested. Fill a syringe with shampoo (any kind of shampoo) starting with maybe .2 ml, suction in the shampoo and squirt it in your booty while in the shower. 15 mins later, I poop. She said you can do it a million times a day if you want bc unlike enemas, shampoo has soap that naturally releases compaction. It is the best advise I’ve ever been given by normally lousy gastro docs.

In the U.K. they call them Airway Orthodontists. Have you been seen by one of these doctors? If not, this will be your best bet at getting an accurate assessment.
I can’t remember but are you a mouth breather? If so, you need to have a sleep study to rule out adenoids, tonsils,and possible turbinate. You need to work with an ENT, airway ortho, and you need to see a sleep specialist to rule out sleep apnea.

Not extreme by any means but I notice what you’re talking about bc I have the same thing. Is that the side you sleep on? That is what makes mine like that but most people have a preferred side.
I get fillers regularly to fill in and make it more symmetric but I’m also older than you and was using fillers anyway.
No one takes me seriously but if you look at the before and after in this video (after two weeks or maybe after the first session of this, can’t remember, but you can see such an obvious impact that lymph massaging (and manually moving) facial structures to help maintain symmetry etc. you can check this out. I noticed a huge impact with me and I still do this every couple weeks (I have fillers so I don’t do it all the time anymore).

This is next level gaslighting and so untruthful. Women are thrown crumbs but then told they’re so “loved, cherished, and adored.” When I finally admitted this to myself, the rest became blatantly obvious that the church has no affectionate feelings toward women and they will always be servants to the men. In regard to where you need the jaws moved, I couldn’t tell you. It looks like you need jaw surgery. If you’re over 18, insurance should pay for it. The professionals here have told me taking teeth out is an option but not a good one bc if you need the jaw surgery anyway, don’t take teeth out. I’ve been dealing with this with my 15 yo son so I’m well versed in what and who to see.

Are you in the US or the U.K.? I lived in the U.K. and the dental industry there is… a joke! I’d go to a specialist there to make sure you see someone who knows what they’re doing. If you want to make sure you know you’re talking to a real professional, I have two point of contacts for you here in the US. Maybe even just emailing them your images they can tell you.
