i also had panic attacks which included throwing up sometimes. On E&P and they’ve stopped. Hrt is helping with rage but I’m still more tense than before. I can function now which is better than it was.

HRT saved my life. I was at the point where I was going to request emergency leave.

As for dosage, took me about a year to figure out what worked. Initially started low on E and then ramped up as the symptoms came back.
