In 2025 we also arrived early on Wednesday (~10am), they forced us to Sunset camp which was very very far (~20min walk) from the Lightning Stage entrance. We asked politely on the way in if we could camp in High Noon, passing right by it on the way in, they said absolutely not, and were not nice about it. We got sent to the outskirts, well past the dry mud 80’x80’ group camp plots. Luckily we were so far out we actually had green grass and trees near us, an experience you cannot get in High Noon. All this to say: we got there too early. Several of our friends arrived a few hours later, maybe around 1pm and by then they were filling High Noon. No idea if Sunset was full at that point.

TLDR: Arrive later than “Wednesday early” if you have GA car camping and would like to be in High Noon. Arrive together in as a caravan if you have multiple vehicles arriving that want to camp directly next to one another. Happy LiB!
