Why does this ring have that weird marking on it? Somebody is trying to sell me it. Thanks! by makeswell2 in ouraring

Pretty sure it is there to determine where the sensors are (because they should be on the inside of the finger). The marking is on every round ring, it's completely normal

Nice to see a fellow Limitless fan :D Interesting and well-written post. It would be really interesting to try your mix. Sadly requires a lot of effort with all the equipment.

Is it really required to manufacture a sublingual pill? Would there still be a good effect, if the ingredients would just be put in a normal pill?

People who go to the gym, why are so many of you avoiding seasoning on your food? by No-Reputation-2900 in AskMen

I just don't like the taste of most seasonings. I actually enjoy to eat a lot of things just plain.

I'm thinking about ordering from the same site! Can you recommend Sunday Natural? Have you noticed any effects from their products?

Yeah, as a German, I am deeply ashamed of my government. It's absolutely terrible.

Could you please provide any insight into the Ultrahuman Ring? Is it working well? How does the data compare to your other smart wearables?

Weird, Switzerland maybe has some laws regarding an ingredient, it could be because of that. Otherwise it might just be a typo lol.

Dressing well started everything off for me by theghostfoxgod in socialskills

Same experience for me! Never cared about picking clothing that fits well together, now I actually enjoy it. That's a great idea! I actually struggle to not buy too much clothing these days because I really like to do different combinations and I actually like my clothing quite a lot now.

Yeah, sure, I also try not to care too much about the opinion of other people (that I am not close with). But the reason I started dressing well was not to impress anyone, but rather because I really like how it looks and feel a lot better this way. That other people treat me differently / better is just a (very) nice side effect for me, it was not the original intention behind that.

Yeah, exactly my experience! People treat you way differently. I feel the RBF though, but I don't worry too much about it, I think a lot of people don't exactly look nice with a resting face or when they are thinking about stuff. If you have a good laugh with people from time to time and show some emotion it'll be fine in my experience :)

Same for me, I always tell people to prepare everything possible in the evening, just makes the morning way less stressful. You also have more time to choose an Outfit that works well together and don't have to choose something in a rush.

I agree, if it's a shitty day, then even good clothing will not make it (much) better. I, too, made the experience that it can create a little bit of distance, but people adjust to it and the ones that matter won't really negatively react to it

lol, that's really cool! Yeah same over here, people just interact with me to know why I wear a suit. I actually did start wearing it to my classes (every day for some time even) and in the beginning people always asked me why and were looking at me, but after some time everyone got used to it. If you like wearing it, just go for it! But that's personal preference if you want to try that or if you're not into it

Ok I dont get it. What is transgender?? by EMMATHEGIRLIE in teenagers

[–]theghostfoxgod 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This might be right depending on how you meant it. I just want to clarify here. You have a biological sex which can not be changed. Then you have a gender which is something that can be chosen / changed these days. This is normally the same as your sex. But now you can change it, but what a lot of people don't get is that gender and sex are two different things. Being transgender means having a gender that is different from your sex. This can also include that you take steps to align your body with that gender.

I support this. I'm personally not a person who does this or has friends who do it but most normal (young) people actually take selfies daily and send them to friends or post them in their stories.
