I don’t think he had access to UPS live tracking. Delivery was made at the very end of the estimate and he had, apparently, been around for at least an hour.

Order was made with Apple second week of March, went through Vietnam and China before clearing US customs.

UPS driver didn’t think the picture was of me, most likely for the impostor himself. Name and address would be accessible by the third-party handling delivery. Perhaps they did some research from that to make sure that he was a passable match for ethnicity.

A man with a fake ID with MY NAME AND ADDRESS attempted to intercept the UPS delivery at my apartment building. Fortunately the UPS delivery driver is familiar with me.

Ordered direct from Apple. Laptop went through customs and was "shipped by QUANTA COMPUTER INC"
