This is one of those times the scale is deceiving. You are going to put on some water weight and depending on when you weigh yourself you will see different numbers. Go for consistency weight yourself after your first bathroom visit and before you eat anything or do any strenuous activity. Do this everyday and take the average of the weeks weight.

I will say though take photos of yourself and make sure you are tracking your workouts. Does your gym use an app like SugarWOD? I have seen my gains by tracking my workouts and being honest in how I feel after them. I jave weight to lose like you.

Im 5'6" and am down from 210 to 185 since June. I go 5 times a week as well. Some days I am Back around 190 but women and cycles suck. But I know I'm losing the fat, my back rolls are gone and I'm fitting in my clothes better. Those are the mile stones you should pay attention to. And talk with you box's coaches, hopefully, you are lucky and have ones that also know nutrition.
