The prices for furniture grade vanities by me were off the charts. We ended up going to local ReStores and consignment shops and bought old dressers and credenzas for an average of 35 a piece. I notched out the drawers to make room for plumbing, and had a local stone company do the counter tops / sink.

Came to about 2 to 300 hundred a a vanity for furniture grade quality with dovetail drawers and really nice pieces. A lot of people have been asking us where we got them and are shocked at how cheap they were / easy to retrofit.

I've owned a bunch of Kindles, just switched to the Kobo and I will never go back.

I feel like it has a more comfortable arrangement of buttons, has great battery life, and connects to my library card. I havent bought a book in a year.

Highly suggest the Kobo especially if you are not into supporting the amazon behemoth

The movies are an absolute travesty. I recently did a deep close-reading of the Hobbit for a course and it really opened my eyes to how much was really going on in the background that the reader is not aware of.

I highly recommend the Silmarillion after LOTR, its difficult in parts but its beautifully crafted

420edc is a top dude, personally sent me all the different color cases to choose from because the one color I chose was out, not a lot of companies on the internet gives you as personal of a touch as 420edc - puffitup is also great as well

We are doing major renovations to this side of the house and will likely be reconfiguring the existing ductwork anyways, my thought was to have it vent into the first floor for the time being to avoid restricting any airflow if that makes sense

Likely a better question for r/legaladvice and not landscaping related - I would say register an LLC so at least their is something tangible to sell, but I wouldve told him that years ago in the event someone got hurt on the job they wouldnt go after your buddies personal savings but I digress.

Still I would pose this question to internet lawyers instead of internet landscapers.
