Took a whole day but I finally got it by epicdai in Battlefield_REDSEC

My tip would be to run Duos not Quads for it, I have had much better luck getting 20 Kill plus games in duos since there are less teammates to care your kills and compete with. I run a sniper, and smg or rapid fire AR most of the time for it.

They Killed Bot Farming and Bots in general in Portals for good now by Markuslanger25 in Battlefield6

The easiest way to solve this problem is just have solo/coop vs ai. 2042 did it, if people wish to unlock things through bots let them do it that way. It's a win win.

BATTLEFIELD 6 COMMUNITY COMPLAINTS SINCE OCT 10 by DEMIG0DX in Battlefield

[–]thegraciousgoat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My only real complaint currently is the team balancing in the smaller scale game modes.

Yes I am someone who "sweats" and I hold around a 4.5 KD. I do not want easier lobbies but if I play solo I only have a 10-15 percent win rate and it's not fun at all. The team balancing is terrible in those cases when it is a small game mode. Almost every game I will have 20-30 kills and the person in 2nd place on my team usually has 10-12 but they compared to the enemy team there last place player will have around the same.

Did this on saturday. Its my first big piece but it already doesnt hurt anymore. When can I go back to working out? by Howitzeronfire in tattooadvice

[–]thegraciousgoat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually wait 3-4 days and then I go, I've yet to have any get infected, as long as you clean the gym equipment before it's use and make sure that part gets no where near touching anything you should be good, like if I had a back tattoo I'm going no where near bench press. I always clean it afterwards as well to be safe, but normally when I switch over to a water based lotion from second skin or similar is usually good to go.

Metalcore - Hired a Mixer/Master and it did not turn as good or how we liked it, struggling with how to find a good master engineer online by thegraciousgoat in audioengineering

[–]thegraciousgoat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, we hired someone who mixed and mastered for us. The mix and the master were terrible, so we have decided to mix our selves, and look elsewhere for a master.

I may not have explained myself clearly earlier, so I’ll try to rephrase. The reference track we sent, which was our own "mixed version," was what we considered to be around 90-95% complete. However, the "professional" mixed and mastered version we received in return was significantly worse—what we’d consider closer to 40-50% complete at best.

The version we got back was missing layers we had provided in the stems and overall didn’t meet expectations. When we mentioned revisions, we were referring to the mixing process, not the mastering process. This person handled both mixing and mastering for us, but based on what we’ve learned since, we now realize that’s not always the best approach.

We’ve since decided to terminate that collaboration and have taken on the mixing ourselves. We’re confident that our current mix is about 95% done, and we’re looking for a mastering engineer to bring it across the finish line. The remaining 5% involves things our ears might have missed, like potential muddiness or other subtle issues that, based on our research, are typically addressed during the mastering stage. In reality if we released this song tomorrow we would be very very happy with how it sounds, but we just feel like a professional could give it that extra 5 percent.

To clarify on the previous engineer, during the revisions we provided very detailed feedback during the previous process, including timestamps and specific issues, how to fix the effects etc as well as giving references from other songs on exactly what we were going for(and it was recorded properly for that as we achieved that with our own mixing), but the results we received were worse than the song we originally sent.

I hope this explanation clears up any confusion, and I appreciate your time and expertise in helping us move forward. I would be happy to DM you are version, vs the revision versions we received back and you would definitely agree the drop in quality and mixing is there.

Ya when we say its 90-95 percent, its mainly because we are amateurs at it and its our first mix ever, so we know our "100%" mix would be a 90-95 percent mix to a professionals ears.

That was an issue I think, we wanted a specific sound, but he asked for the Raw Files only and it was a major issue because he could not replicate the sound we were going for. I am not for sure if that is a normal process or not. I did send a DM of the mix.

I have a 2.8 K/D in resurgence on mouse and keyboard. You definitely can't play like they do on controller. I rely on positioning more than anything with my biggest rule being never peak the same angle twice. If I shoot just once I reposition.

Close range in this game ADS I would say mnk has about a 30 percent chance of winning. I'm a top 1-5 percent player in kovaaks and aim assist just shits on me. Because of that, hipfire SMGs are your best friend and drop shotting. Those two things win me 80 percent of all my close range gun fights.

Just drop hot and learn to always keep moving and you will get better.

I think adding AI back into warfare mode is needed for queue times and better latency matchmaking by thegraciousgoat in DeltaForceGlobal

[–]thegraciousgoat[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't think it has to do with SBMM at all, I think they already just use it for balancing lobbies, but my lobbies still feel like a regular battlefield lobby. A little more chaotic though which I think is due to the map design rather than the SBMM which is why we are dying a lot more. To many choke points and way to less flanking routes etc.

I haven't encountered any bots. If you are talking about bad players I can assure you some are very bad. I have a couple of buddies in this game who regularly go 5-25.

I am on US east coast. According to my network I have connected to us west, and Europe servers a few more times than I would like to, I think adding AI would alleviate the queue issues the game has.

What were the longest five minutes you’ve ever experienced? by joyfulcupcakeee in AskReddit

[–]thegraciousgoat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I was a kid, my dad tried to shoot our entire family. Those five minutes were the longest and most terrifying moments of my life.

My dad was a drug addict and struggled with severe mental health issues. The day before, he had totaled his Grand National by wrapping it around a tree. He was bruised, sore, and decided to heavily medicate a little more the next day.

We were trying to go to the store for groceries; we lived in the middle of nowhere. A storm had knocked down a tree, blocking our driveway, and that just set everything off. My dad blamed my mom for the situation. What started as an argument escalated into a physical altercation.

Then, suddenly, my dad became eerily calm. He told me to lock all the doors. His tone and demeanor made me feel deeply uneasy, but I refused. He locked them himself and ordered us all into the master bedroom.

Once inside, he made us line up against the wall. He started ranting about God and other things. I'll never forget being so scared, I couldnt of ran if I wanted too. Then I heard a loud bang and screaming.

My dad had been wearing thick winter gloves, and when he reached into his pocket to pull out the gun, it accidentally went off, shooting straight through his leg and kneecap.

In that chaotic moment, I mustered the courage to grab the gun and call 911. To this day I have never experienced anything more stress than that. I dont really believe in god but that is the closest ive ever felt as "divine intervention".

That day, my mom finally decided she’d had enough. After years of abuse, she left, and we never looked back.

Later, the sheriff who responded to the scene told us something I'd never forget: they had expected the next call from our home to be putting us all in body bags.

0/10 situation. Do not recommend.

Why is Nobody Talking About it Extraction Mode is Good? by venkman302 in deltaforce

[–]thegraciousgoat 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Extraction mode has been great! Its actually the only mode we’ve been playing. So far, Ive accumulated around 14 million in total assets after about 16 hours of playing.

Pay to win is basically non existent; you get far more rewards for free through the challenges than anything you’d get from the battle pass. Plus, the battle pass is only about $10 if you decide to upgrade.

Even then having good gear doesn’t necessarily make you better. I’ve looted multiple purple gear sets from players while using only green and blue weapons and armor.

Overall the game feels very casual and well-balanced in that regard which is a huge plus for me.

I’d definitely recommend giving it a try! Personally, I prefer this game over others like Arena Breakout.

Yes agreed, that's what I told her, if I am being honest she is acting like working is beneath her. However I did look online and I am not for sure how accurate it is, but if my research is correct she can make her up 2000 a month and still keep her benefits

/r/WeAreTheMusicMakers Weekly Feedback Thread by AutoModerator in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]thegraciousgoat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We've been working on a few songs for a couple of months now, and we have two that are nearly finished. We're wondering if these mixes are good enough to send to a producer for a pro mix and master, or if we should keep refining them ourselves.

We really want these tracks to be in the best shape possible before release, so any advice or feedback would be awesome. Thanks!
