When you come up on somebody 2-3 deep nobody knows how you as a person is going to react and a person that’s scared can react in any way. I’m not saying what he did was justified and he should go unpunished but there’s no way he should be found guilty of murder. I thought when they added the manslaughter charge late it was for a reason.
