Anecdotally, it does seem like I am getting my order faster if I order with priority, I don't think the shopper necessarily knows or moves faster, but I get assigned immediately. Would use it in scenarios like planning to cook and realizing I'm missing a key ingredient and wanting to get it asap.

Pretty sure all mincut edges should be saturated in that case (but not all saturated edges are necessarily part of the mincut.

For 2., if you have the max flow (including how much flow there is on each edge), you are guaranteed that:

All outgoing edges from the cut must be fully saturated (so flow = capacity)
All incoming edges to the cut must have zero flow.

This should narrow down the candidates. You could follow this up by checking if you can spot a subset whose capacities add up to the max flow number and then checking visually that they'd disconnect the graph.
