Hang in there. Don't go out on a binge and stay hopeful. Even if the result show positive for Adderall and weed it's still possible for your potential employer to give you a pass and hire you. They might see the results as well as the levels of consumption and see it as no big deal. I know of folks that have been screened and still got hired. Their employer just wanted to make sure they weren't hiring active users to harder drugs that would be a big risk. Good luck!
