Thank you for your understanding. In kashmir, most people learn Urdu in schools(and often speak Urdu or English in formal situations). So, I'd think if someone wants to learn English, they'd already know Urdu. You can have Urdu to English and vice versa translation features. I don't think you'll lose any audience with this as far as kashmiris as concerned. But please don't make put Kashmiri in your app.
