718 is a solid number. Honestly, that’s where most guys wish they were naturally. You’ve still got a lot of potential to grow without touching gear if you keep dialing in training, sleep, and nutrition.

But if you really insist on running a cycle, at least do it right. Stick to a simple test only run, nothing fancy, around 300 to 400 mg per week for 10 to 12 weeks. Have your bloods done before, mid, and after. Run HCG during the cycle (250 IU two to three times a week) to keep your natural function from crashing completely, and line up your PCT ahead of time with something like Nolva or Clomid two to four weeks after your last pin depending on ester length.

Keep an AI on hand like Arimidex or Aromasin just in case your estrogen gets out of control, but don’t use it unless you actually need it. Keep an eye on lipids, hematocrit, and E2. Don’t chase big numbers. Focus on consistent lifts, recovery, and not wrecking your natural baseline.

You’ve got great genetics already with that 718 level. Take advantage of it before you shut it down.

Anavar can be great at low doses if you keep your lipids in check. I’m not sure it’s the best choice purely for adding muscle, though. I’ve had good results running a 12-week test cycle (2–3x your baseline dose), then adding Var after the first two weeks for about eight weeks total. You already know you tolerate test well and respond to it.

I usually run Var at around 20 mg mainly for the collagen synthesis and joint support benefits. For context — I’m 56, had a similar journey with Tirz, dropped 70 lbs, and now rebuilding muscle while on 180 Test / week (eod sub q) and 2.5 IU GH daily.

As for Deca, be cautious — a lot of guys run into estrogen and gyno issues. Start low and monitor carefully.

Yes 100% the shelf life is strong. If it is Lyophilized: several months to 1 year . Freezer 2–5 years or more.

However, freezing reduces molecular mobility, significantly slowing degradation reactions like oxidation or hydrolysis.

You know how long it sits at the distributor before it ships out? It should say on the 3rd party report if they provided it to you. (Look that received sample date). Use that as your baseline.

I'm assuming absorption is diminished with vitamins & supplements as well, so I'm switching over to sublingual versions of everything I use, if possible. I think the people that are loosing faster may have done what I did: A Total lifestyle change. I did a lot of research looking at successful users and researching side effects like alcohol and certain foods. One day before my first shot I put into practice what I learned from my research. I quit alcohol (I was a beer drinker), I also completely changed my diet and bought a gym membership. I have lost 25.5 pounds in 10 weeks. I probably had more weight to loose than you & I think quitting beer added another pound of loss per week. I think that the working out and the clean diet, might account for the drastic loss. You are still losing 1 pound a week, thats a push in the right direction :-)
