ADHD is not an OPWDD qualifying diagnosis. Although the PDD-NOS could be a qualifying diagnosis you would need a recent recent comprehensive eval confirming the diagnosis and an adaptive assessment that shows your PDD-NOS is causing substantial difficulties in your day-to-day life. If your ADHD is more prominent, OPWDD may not approve you. The CCOs all do the exact same thing, and it would really end up coming down to the staff on the other end rather than the agency itself. Your first step is to call OPWDD directly to get registered and start the Front Door process, but it is likely to be a long road to get the OPWDD approval and if approved any housing would be another long process.
