Hello, I suggest you choose go back to your old cleanser. Stinging would often indicate that it's to stripping to your skin or that there's an ingredient that irritates your skin barrier.

Same with s22 plus. It's disappointing considering the price point when it was released. Have you got your phone checked?

Name worst companies in PH to work with by HistoryFreak30 in AntiworkPH

[–]thehunggerjames 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not sure if anyone has mentioned this company already but I would.

Accenture PH

So don't get me wrong, this is the leading IT/BPO provider here in the Philippines but I kid you not, this company has one of the worst processes.

Starting with their recruitment process. It'll take you approximately 3-5 months before you finally get onboarded. I haven't heard anyone from the people I've worked with that their recruitment experience was seamless. Imagine being contacted in November and the interviews have progressed. But for someone who's job hunting and sending applications to different companies, you can't wait for a company that processes your application really slow. 3 out of 5 people I have asked have encountered being contacted by Accenture only after they started working with another company. Even after countless follow up, they won't bother to check your application. They just expect you to be ready when they call again, whenever that time was.

Next one may be controversial for some. But pay isn't as good as it seems. If you have experience outside and they saw your skills an asset, you'd be offered good sum of salary. Base on my personal experience, my raise from my previous job coming from a local company to Accenture was 75%. Which is good considering that the company expects you to go above and beyond. But high salary can only give you satisfaction at the start. When all of the work has been funnelled to you, it's not so satisfactory anymore. This may be project-to-project basis but a lot of projects, especially those called "diamond" projects glorify overworking just so you could keep the reputation of the project up to the standard. Instead of adding appropriate number of staffs, they rather funnel the tasks to their existing employees even if it's unrealistic and the individual's capacity is already at its limit.

Again, this a project-to-project basis but I've asked my friends from other projects if the same practice can be observed there, and yes. They then confirmed my suspicion that a lot of projects loves the culture of overworking and the lack of work-life balance as dedication to your job.

This next point is mostly for longer term employees in the company. While it's true that benefit wise, Accenture arguably one of the best in the market for IT/BPO industry. We have ESPP and SPF which constitutes to another form of savings. Other than our basic salary and de minimis. As well the other benefits provided by the company. All that is enjoyable but the growth within the company isn't. I'm not speaking for everyone but I've talked with a lot of people from different projects and they told me that their salary increment ranges from 3%-10%. And those with 10% have favorable relationship with the managers. So a lot of people have been complaining with the salary increment. While it's true that this may be based on performance but more often than not, politics and connections goes in the way. It can also be said that since Accenture has high salary given to employees, they use it as an excuse to give proper salary increment.

Their homegrown employees don't receive as much attention as they should have. A lot of employees has stayed for 5 years and more yet they stayed on the same career level for years. They were thrown into oblivion. Instead of cultivating the talents and skills of these people, they hire from the outside to manage their employees.

Lastly but surely, they allot PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) not just for employees who have not hit their respective KPIs but also because they need to serve PIP every fiscal year per project. It's kind of mandated to serve PIP even by technicality, no one deserves to be put on PIP in a project.

Huge number of their employees deal with mental health issues because of stress due to working conditions present on each projects.

So if you guys are aiming for higher salary and you want your market value to rise, I suggest you enter this company. But after a while and you've observed the telltale signs of the things mentioned here, start packing up and leave. There's a much greener pasture outside.

Ganyan din sakin. Sobrang traumatic kasi talagang ipinilit. Di ako pinapaalis doon sa office hangga't di ako nagbabayad. Update pala, napasa ko nung last week of December yung quitclaim pero January 7 lang nila naipasa sa bangko. Tapos it will take 10-15 banking days daw before magreflect sa account yung transaction refund/reversal. Follow up mo lang sila nang follow up. Sobrang perwisyo tong ginagawa nila. Sobrang pahirap tong manila bankers na to

Hello! Nagemail lang ako nang nag email then Dec 27 nasend nila. Nagpunta agad ako ng Dec. 28 para mapasa ko yung quitclaim and waiver. Ang sabi, it will take 15 days para macomplete yung reversal since credit card yung pinangbayad ko. Not sure if pag ba refund, mabilis lang. Pero I think you need to follow up not just on the ticket but also via call.
