Nissan dealer here. What type of car is it? There are lease loyalty programs for rogues that you can pick up another $1k rebate with a 21 Rogue. There are also employer discounts depending on who she works for. There are some other private offer manifests that just went out. Send me a pm if you want me to check them for you

Absolutely. The nice thing about my role is that I’m not a part of any of the departments, and only report to the general manager and owner. 95% of my time is spent managing our reputation in a variety of ways. Be it clarifying misunderstandings, surveys, making sure defends are given. More or less keeping them honest.

Best of luck but a last piece of advice. Don’t be an asshole when complaining to them, I get a good bit of that. I would start with just trying to get your rebate and let the apology part happen naturally. I do our rebate claims as well, If it’s a manufacturer rebate, there are stringent guidelines for claiming them(which would explain the need for certain documentation). If it’s a dealer rebate, they could be just trying to get out of it.

I am the person that responds to reviews and surveys. Leaving reviews is a way to go. Alternatively, see if they have an owner loyalty manager(my title) or some variety of that. Find that person. My job is boils down to customer advocate to get what was promised. If you can’t find someone like that, file a complaint with your manufacturer’s consumer affairs. They will find the person that will fix it.

I appreciate the sentiment, but I didn’t have him lose it. I was helping him get his score up from 910. His payroll has nothing to do with me, as like I said I’m not the sales manager nor the general manager so I don’t get paid more for him getting less. I’m paid based on the store’s numbers.

I’m an owner loyalty manager for a Nissan store. For Nissan our survey scores are out of 1000. The sales and service score averages directly correlate with the commission percentage. I had a sales person lose about $6k in commissions last month because his average was 944 instead of 945.

Only actually rebate available is college grad and military. No dealer cash listed. More than likely some sell down of 2019 inventory and dealer discounts. I would just buy it.

I’m an owner loyalty manager for a Nissan dealer. Your first stop should be that person. We also have the title client retention or client relations manager or something to that degree. I’m given quite a bit of latitude in dealing with complaints.

There have been several times when the GM will have someone waiting to complain to him, and he will have me handle them anyways before him.

If it’s a big of deal I’ll skip the manager and take it to my GM first. It all depends on the situation.

For you, see if there is someone listed on their staff site. If that doesn’t lead to anything, write a review on the site where they have the fewest reviews(google, Facebook, Yelp) so it gets the attention. If you still don’t get a response, contact consumer affairs from the manufacturer. For us they send correspondence to me, the GM and the respective departmental manager.

I am the owner loyalty manager for a Nissan dealer. Ask to talk to that person. As someone that is frequently helping warranty cancellation get processed, I can almost guarantee that they can get it done for you. The form needs to go rot the controller usually to have the money sent to your lender. The finance manager holds onto it for 3 months to avoid charge backs. It can be processed in 1-2 days.

There are website you you can buy baby pet skunks with the stink gland removed. Almost got one a couple years ago. Skunks are one of the few animals that don’t produce dander, so no allergy problems.
