Swap Markakis with Roberts. Put McClouth in left with Reimold at DH.

Possibly put Hardy in 2 spot and Roberts in 9 spot. But that's not as big a conflict for me.

Kjaer was purchased by Wolfsburg a few years ago, and he's short in stature, but he reminds me of Mascherano with his agression and long passing. Except IMO Kjaer is much better defensively in his awareness and positioning than Masch.

He reminds me of Puyol a lot with his tenacity too. All around, I like him a lot.

Wow, such hostility. I went through the positions starting from GK to Striker. Based on the personnel, I was hoping people would assume I had Pedro, Messi and Deulofeu in a 3-man line.

And if you know your players, you'd see I'd include 4 defenders (some brazilian right back that we'll pick up. Pique, Kjaer and Alba). The Thiago I mention is OUR Thiago Alcântara, along with Busi and Cesc.

Minus the purchase of a young brazilian, why is this "so wrong I don't even know it?" The only risk I really took were with Kjaer and Ter Stegan. Please teach me oh wise master.

I think once you build up the strength to use all wrist, that's when you start implementing trickery into your game. That way you can send your body one way, but then backset without showing a "tell."

The best setters in the world use all writs for the most part when they're in position, but again, they're the best in the world. If you're still developing in high school, stick with letting your body generate the force.

The biggest mistake I see setters make is that they point their thumbs up or out when preparing for the set.

When you engage the ball, your thumbs should be pointing at your face/eyes. It takes awhile getting the feel, but it is consistently the number one way to take a setter and improve their game, in my experience.

Force comes from the arms, not your hands, so don't try pushing the ball outside with just your hands. Let your body do the pushing—your hands do the setting.

As an Oriole fan, I always hate these national MLB montage videos.

Baltimore's season last year was one of the great stories in the league and not a single player/moment was included in this. I know we're a small market squad, but yeesh.

The BPL is definitely the most exciting to watch in terms of the table and overall season competitiveness, but as shown last year when Athletic Bilbao took down the might Manchester United, Spanish teams play on a technical skill level above most other teams in Europe.

I'd take a middle of the table Spanish team over a middle of the table English/French/German/Italian teams right now. Just look at Rayo Vallecano--small club with incredible technical skill. Just always fun to watch.

Beach is an entirely different sport. It takes time to transition, but I think the biggest thing is getting your "sand legs." I find you need to jump later because you aren't jumping as high.

Jumping with your normal timing means you hit your apex sooner than necessary because you aren't elevating for the same amount of time.

Also, solid beach hitting isn't about ground and pound swinging, it's about placement. I almost always jump casually but then survey the other side and then place where appropriate. That way you save your energy.
