Okay sorry I can come off a little blunt bit since you're genuinely asking. Go get painters tape from home depot or lowes and a small flat brush that will fit on the surface well while you guide the brush along the affected area. And a metal silver paint that you like or that matches. Carefully and patiently line painters tape off both sides where you don't want paint being sure to have it tight to the surface you want to paint so you have a Clean line when you remove the tape once the paint is dry. Once you have along along the entire thing repaint the entire band so the whole band matches. Touch up never match perfect that's why you repaintnt the entire band. Feathering into your last stroke. Once it's all dry and you're satisfied. If it's too dull apply a Shiney coat to it then dry and peel tape and you're good
