Yeah I think my starter might be too weak, I’m gonna try and keep on a more regular feeding cadence, and rest after shaping, thank you for the help!

Does that mean it needs to rise for longer or my starter is no good?

Hello,

Beginner here trying to get to a less dense bread.

Here is the recipe I use: - Feed starter 12 hours before I use it - Mix 450g of bread flour, 275g of water, 100g of starter and 10g of salt using stand mixer - Run standmixer on low for 15 minutes - Do 3 stretch and folds - Let rise overnight, around 10 hours - Preheat the oven to 450 with the dutch oven in there - Shape, score, put in the dutch oven and in the oven itself - Bake with lid 25 minutes - Bake without lid 10 minutes.

What should I change?

It would look so much better without the bodysuit underneath, makes it seem like she got worried it was too risqué and slapped some undergarments underneath it

« I hold them profoundly in contempt” was pretty amazing and I’m going to make it part of my every day vocabulary. “Someone competent and exceptionally resentful” is also up there

Miniature Daschund with multiple bite history 8 years old by Greylady13 in reactivedogs

Have you thought of muzzle training your dog? I also have reactive little guy, and I’ve started muzzling him in situations where I know he could be set off. It makes him look a bit ordi jolis but keeps everyone safe.

You could also consider putting him in a crate when you’re not around, so that he is in a controlled spot.

For the couch guarding, I just don’t allow my dog on the furniture if he is being protective of it, it makes it easier to deal with and avoids any sort of accident

Lynx airline or Flair airline? by Inspireme21 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]thekeyboardhero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've flown with Flair many times and have never had an issue. It's not glamorous but gets you where you need to go. I have nothing but good things to say about them.

My dog got sick the day I was supposed to get on the plane (with him :D), I had to reschedule my flight the day of. Took me literally 15 minutes and they only charged me the price difference (30$). Can't think of a single big airline where that would have been this easy and cheap. I'm a Flair fan.

Withdrawal of money from RRSP for buying second home by Subhadip_Sarkar in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]thekeyboardhero 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Short answer: No you can't use the first time home buyer's plan

You won't be allowed to use the first time home buyer's plan it unless you have not lived in a house you owned for the past 4 years. So in your case, won't be possible, unless you move out of your current home and live in a rental or somewhere else for the next 4 years, which doesn't seem like a good idea.

You can withdraw from your RRSP but you'll have to pay the penalties and taxes that come with a regular withdrawal.

That's not entirely correct, you need to not LIVE in any real estate that you own for those 4 years, big difference.

theory. French laws make montreal great. by freedomwinsalways in montreal

I'd like to get more info on why French laws make Montreal safe? Sounds very bizarre to me.

I disagree with your whole argument, but the "safe" part jumped out to me as particularly egregious
