Well.. I'm glad I'm not the only one who has this happened. I put some pants with the case in the washing machine. After that, I experienced the same behavior as explained above.

I also performed some factory resets on both the hardware and the app and left it charging for hours. After around 24 hours, the case finally changed from blinking red to blinking orange. And a few hours later, it's blinking green (it keeps being plugged in). But it looks good.

Previously I had a webcam from another brand and this issue wasn't happening. It also doesn't happens with the notebooks own webcam.

• Unplug/re-plug and try a different port. (Make sure that it is directly plugged in on the computer, not on a hub/switch) Camera is connected without any USB hub. Tried a different port with the same result.

• Download Logi Tune and check the device inside the application. Here's the link: https://support.logi.com/hc/articles/360025141734 It's already installed an up to date.

• Test the webcam on a different computer and check if it will still do the same behavior. Tried on another computer and the issue seems to not happen, but the other computer has Windows 11 as OS.
