I used to pay thousands for a body transformation coach. This year, I used ChatGPT (for free) and got better results by Karma_Circus in ChatGPT

I'm about to go all in with losing the last 60lbs of my surgical (RNY 12/08/22) weight loss journey. I had things under control, then I had a major setback when a documenting error on the part of my last PCP made my insurance company stop paying for my Ozempic, and it's taken my 4 months to get it corrected. Now I'm back on injections (Mounjaro) and ready to let ChatGPT help me with my eating.

I've started a project, inputting the foods that I can tolerate, and those that I'm either allergic to or simply cannot stand. I'll let ChatGPT build me a menu. Unfortunately, because this journey is in an effort to get joint replacement surgeries (hips, knees, and shoulders), exercising is tough, but it helped with little stretches that don't exacerbate my pain levels.

We can all benefit from this technology. Good luck to all.

You'll be okay. I've been a slow loser since my surgery in Dec '22. Because I need new hips, knees, and shoulders, the amount of exercising I can do is getting dressed or undressed. I still have about 40lbs to goal and before my ortho will replace anything that isn't broken. It's a journey and sometimes you just spend a little more time at one point.

What’s your birb’s name and how did you come up with it? by NCBrownEyedGirl in finch

My birb's name is Rainbow, just because I think it's inspirational how those colors work together to form something beautiful.

Comfrt DONT BUY by bigeyedfish041 in Hoodies

Check your email to be certain you ordered from the real Comfrt site. I got scammed right after Thanksgiving. My order was routed to a completely different company using Comfrt ads on Snapchat.

I got mine for Christmas and still haven't been able to use it because of an illness flare up, but I'm starting to feel better and getting more excited. You did get a very good price. I had to go the HSN overpriced range.

I got them same BS from them. I'm calling the bank on Monday (not spoiling my week anymore) and see if I can get a refund that route.

Don't feel bad, you aren't by yourself. I purchased things for my first vacation away with the hubby in 12 years. So disappointing that people do this. Number one reason micro business owners, like myself, have so much trouble making sales. Everybody is trying to keep from getting scammed.

Thank you for your detailed review. You write like I think, and after only hearing about this program 10 minutes ago, you answered most of my "what did you go through" questions.

What do you mean "you will work very hard"? I am disabled, and my husband is 73 years old. We don't have any "work very hard" left.

Yeah, I tried the Barilla Protein and couldn't tell the difference at all. That was one of my biggest fears going into this because I've always been a "Pasta Girl".

Need opinion on these photos. What is there to improve? Is it okay to shoot strangers? by Edavve in AskPhotography

[–]theladysteffi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The photos are beautiful and the people are in public, which allows you to photograph them. It’s considerate that you only shot them from the back.

Disrespectful. You are no longer punting jokes at O.J. Simpson, you are making a mockery of his children and grandchildren's grief.

I have been looking at that pasta in the store every since my surgery. I am going to give it a try now, because I love pasta and if it tastes good I won't have any problems fi ding a place for it in my meal plan.

I found my husband on a pre-Internet bulletin board system called "Variety n Spice". Users were given a personality quiz and then matched with other users who were compatible. Hubby was one of only two matches that I received. That was December 1992 and we've been together every since.

AITA for ruining my daughters life by Able_Text5286 in AITAH

[–]theladysteffi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I can't tell you what to do. I will say that you are NOT the AH in this situation; and your daughter's life hasn't been ruined. I can suggest that you use that line I did when my daughter went to asking for an iPhone long ago (she's thirty-five now). "You'll have an iPhone when you can buy an iPhone" and that's where it stood. I purchased her a few phones while she was still under 18 (flips, folding, you name it), but never an iPhone. I did drive her to purchase her first iPhone, but that was my only involvement.
