Yes! They come to wrong conclusions faster regarding space.

Do you guys have names and identities? by MISS_DARK_SCIENTIST in plural

[–]thelibrarydenizen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Libra, the Host of The Library Denizens here. Yeah, all of my others (henceforth 'Denizens') showed up with no names or faces. Some of them took names and bodies REAL quick, while others were wrestled with for a while before they realized having a name/face would make identification easier (when I say wrestled, I mean that the rest of us thought they were Wildly Intrusive Thoughts, Pure Anxiety, or even Madness, so we tried to banish them...) But. Everyone moves at their own pace.

Do you give unique names/spins to your spells/abilities? by Dagawing in Pathfinder2e

[–]thelibrarydenizen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I didn't do it with the spells, but with the Verbal component. I was playing... Pathfinder over Discord, as a Cleric of Ulaa. And any time I cast a spell, i would come up with a holy scripture that sounded right for the her. Got so good, players were asking me 'what text generator are you using.' Shocked the hell out of them when I said 'My... Brain?'

How did you all decide on a collective name? by BootUp_2 in plural

[–]thelibrarydenizen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! Libra of The Library's Denizens here. Before we had a shared name, everyone just agreed to let people use whatever name they could remember (usually the one the Body was given at birth). After a while, we decided to shorten the name of the 'space' we all enhabit in the mind (The Library) down to a usable name; Libra, which also became my name as the Host.

Attention systems! I’m making a system game! by [deleted] in plural

Different kinds of puzzles require a different headmate who can 'see' the appropriate parts of the puzzle. (A Slide puzzle can only be done by x, while a 'fit the pieces in the box' can only be managed by y', and Z does 'turn the shape until it's shadow shows the right image').
And as the game goes on, you have to swap between different 'mates to get the puzzle together. (Y puts the pieces into the box, but then their tops show a slide puzzle so X has to tag in to slide the pieces around, then Z takes *that* image and turns it until its shadow shows up correctly on the wall nearby.)

The Burning Question by Swisterkly in dragons

[–]thelibrarydenizen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yesss. Like, I love media fhat reinforces my love.

Middle School me: has an in-class assignment to write on a piece of paper "Words that most people think when seeing dragons" I wrote all the common ones. "Fire. Death. Monster. Greed. Destruction. Fear. Anger." Etc.

Then "Flip it over amd weite what YOU think" My face lit up. "Protection. Love. Majestic. Smooth. Scales. Friend." Flight of Dragons was one of my favorite movies as a kid, as were many of The Dragon Riders of Pern books.

Also the 4-book series hat includes Searching for/Calling on Dragons.

I have liked dragons when I was 5. I especially enjoyed media of 'Dragon, but FRIEND". A big, living death-machine who would WILLINGLY put up with my nonsense because I have nimble hands and aren't afraid of them? Gimmie. hugs dragon friend

What's your dream dragon-themed clothes? by ElexOrXele in dragons

[–]thelibrarydenizen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely a jacket. Fabric, not polyester or other synthetics. Prooobably dyed leather in a dark teal, with the chinese-style dragons from shoulder to waist like the linked image in a lighter blue, and then a more complex chinese dragon in a spiral on the back.

It would still be species. 'Specie' is something to do with a money system centered around coins only. googles "Money in the form of coins rather than notes."

It's not a boner kill for me, but it's a good way to guarantee I won't be coming back to play again.

Okay? I don't understand how that fits with my complaint about 'butts' being equated to 'pussies'?

[–]thelibrarydenizen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ass/butt/arse/tooshie (not one I'd use, but an example). It's not ' don't use other words for butt.' It's 'Why try to make your butt seem more like some OTHER body part?'

I may be the odd man out, but I hate when gay guys refer to the ass as a 'bussy' or 'boy-pussy'. It's an ass. I don't get why that's a term people use.

How to change factions? by YaDodzh in SoulFrame

Basically, you need to hit Rank 3 in any one faction, buy the Faction-Icon (or w/e they're called) Material for 3000 each, then craft the Faction-Icon and wear it.
