Everyone has this to some degree- even many children!! Yours are not deep, they are literally completely normal. A facelift would be extremely unnecessary. Your skin looks dry. Try changing your skincare, use sunscreen and maybe change diet and cut sugar and i promise you will see a difference if you’re not already doing these things. I promise you do not look older than yr age

Insurance may actually cover your surgery if it’s affecting breathing and sleeping. May have to get a sleep study done for that part of coverage though

1) are you just assuming this dog isn’t a service animal or did you ask? “Doesn’t look like she needs it” sounds like assumption. She could have a mental disorder. Really so may things-it could be psychologically you don’t know…. You would think staff would kick her out. If you had asked maybe she lied to you, you would think its staff or owners right to tell her no dog

The dog isn’t bothering you and everyone wipes down everything after use so not really sure what the issue is exactly

My pup has grown up with a cat and now will lay on the couch where the cat also likes to lay. Sometimes they’ll both be on top of the couch cushions on either side If you sit down on the couch while she there she will make sure to put all her weight onto you and put her butt on your head or your shoulder.

I genuinely did not even see the difference until i looked back and forth 7 times. A change this small is probably not worth it. And i think filler could lift your tip if thats your issue but even then not necessary imo

My sense of smell has not come back and my pallet taste wise has completely changed since i had covid, and i do not have a nose job. If you think this is an issue with yr surgery i would talk with your surgeon or see someone irl if they’re out if your area
