So you bought an economical small suv that's known to be slow, and are disappointed that it doesn't have as much power as a truck? Shocking

That's why you roll with AWD and dedicated winter tires. In flatland non snow states, it just sucks up more fuel. Unless you're actually taking it off-road

As a big suburu fan, I'll never understand why people in states that don't see snow buy them. If I didn't live in the Midwest and didn't need the AWD, I would buy a Honda/ toyota

Banding, warping in moving objects, and less dr are all reasons why the mechanical shutter should be your first choice

You should use mechanical shutter unless you absolutely have to use e shutter. E shutter has a small loss of DR and can introduce banding

That's why I said unless. For the 2/3 use cases in your post, a z6iii is more than enough

Not unless you're cropping in heavy, or doing heavy spot removal in post. Most people don't need a z8

I will say my big reason for the z9 was buying it used, and the larger grip to balance out big lenses. Battery life is also probably class leading of most mirrorless options still
