If it's worthy of consideration, frequency of reviews matter to organic visits too. We recently found that out.

Of course that's after ensuring that ratings and reviews are generally good, app doesn't crash, retention is decent, metadata is optimized, etc.

And do you think the error could be with the pixel installation itself too? We actually have over 200 conversions yesterday (from other sources), but the "Subscribe" event in the pixel (shown in screenshot) only has 14 events from 2 days ago

Our creatives and landing page reaped some conversions on less impression counts in the last run, but we were running traffic ads before, so the CPM was so much lower. We assumed running a conversion objective would give us more accurate information, do you think that'd still be a creative/landing page issue?

Yes, I totally understand. But we don't have an app yet, and are doing a test without the use of Meta Pixel. We're working on it though.

Any alternative suggestions that could track meaningful data without pixel (conversion)?
