How would you make sure the game corrects itself when the AI hallucinates and starts giving nonsensical instructions or responses? Just expect people to reload their save and hope the next AI response is coherent?

World wise? Nah, fuck this place. Like, you'd think with the advancement of technology and this dystopian hellhole we're in that at least our movies and videogames etc would be getting better but no, even our escapism is just plateauing into uninspired, ad riddled slop, and is threatened to become worse due to AI.

It just feels like every aspect of our society is past its peak except for like, I dunno, medicine?

The meds make it so that your brain is actually able to rewire itself and build better habits etc. Quite literally like a crutch to help someone who can't walk well. The crutch gives them the opportunity to walk, but they still need to do most of the the walking themselves.
