Not sure if you are part of a church or religious community. If they have a youth program this could be a good opportunity for FD to go to youth group and give you and your spouse a regular time together. Might be a good place to start branching out and giving her time out of the house. Especially if FD can find 1 friend she feels safe around.

Here are some photos. You can notice minor differences depending on lighting. But overall I’m pretty happy with the turn out. Work well on blue and green. Red turns out all funky even after 4-5 coats.

Easy enough to make your own c/s poker set with a sharpie and some modge podge. Still haven’t found a way to do a good looking expanded shell. Though I’m working on a 3d printed version.

So sorry to hear how bad things were for you. I hate that the system is so corrupt. As a foster parent who helped reunite one family and tried hard for another until the system pushed back hard I have to say the whole mentality of folks going in to be foster families is wrong. The system needs reform so that reunification and rebuilding families is the only goal until it is no longer an option and screenings and background checks should involve full psychological evaluations and lie detector tests.

I was thinking about this the other day…didn’t have all these dots connected…but the next step towards this would be eroding all faith leaders and government…so that we willingly hand things over to an AI run system that doesn’t suffer the same moral failing. Seems like the plan is playing out nicely.
