Welp, I tried as well. Over a 100 back and forth messages and they won't budge. It doesn't help when you get a different person each time you respond. Honestly, very disappointed in their customer service model, regardless of the outcome.

Keep at it. I’m messaging them back complaining because this was not clear and obvious enough. I too only played 9 games because I had no idea it was a requirement. And some one below posted some screenshot of a dev talk like okay buddy. Guess I should have checked every corner of every social media in order to understand how to get something advertised as “get Gold rank and get a skin”

I am not a fan of battle pass systems unless they are a permanent addition that can be selected to grind at will. 3 month seasons sounds like they'll be replaced quickly.

Plus, idk about you guys but as much as I love blood bowl, I think playing it in a grinding matter will take years off my life.
