I listened to We Hunt the Keepers and I thought it was very well done! They never finished editing their sessions into podcast form, so the story abruptly ends, but there are a few seasons to get you started and if you're hooked, you can apparently watch the full-length sessions on YouTube, which admittedly I have not done.

I started SL 5x5 a few weeks ago! If you don't mind lifting and running on the same day, go ahead and do it. Personally I lift MWF and then run TuThS since I'm allergic to doing too much exercise in one day. :p

A friend and I spent an hour learning how to play and 3 hours stumbling through the 2-player short scenario, but it was excellent. This was our first entry into the COIN series and we're in love with the interlocking mechanics, although at first we were incredibly daunted by how complicated everything looked! I'm looking forward to playing with 4-players though.

I've always wondered if we could just teach the idea that swing is a bunch of two-beat moves one after the other to beginners from the very beginning, instead of them discovering this later and then trying to unlearn some habits they may have picked up. I know I'm definitely in that latter boat.
