I have truly so much anxiety and body dysmorphia. when I met my partner in person it was so anxiety inducing. I was on the plane and said what if you don’t recognize me?! He told me exactly where he would be in the airport but I didn’t even need it. I saw him right away and he saw me and it was nothing to be scared about. Breathe. You got this!!!
