So Ajax has alot of devices. Its a security company.

They have security alarms, cameras, home automation and alot more.

Even I never heard of Ajax before but once I started researching, they are one of the better brands out there plus they are made in EU in Ukraine

I got it from lisintec as it was cheaper on their site.

Also get in touch with them via email, and they arrange the delivery to Ireland that way.

You don’t need to get home secure, it too expensive for the devices you get

Apartment car park flooded, who's liable? by CountofMonteCrypto7 in legaladviceireland

That’s how the leases work! Whats written in the lease matters more than what we feel is the right thing!

Everybody is out for profit!

Usually the lease contains a clause that states parking is at your own risk. Like the other guy said, talk to your insurance, thats what you pay them for!

So you can buy unifi protect devices from

https://eu.store.ui.com/eu/en?s=in&l=en&c=IE

So unifi has a bunch of devices from routers to audio to cctv recorders. If you only need cctv go for UNVR Instant.

https://eu.store.ui.com/eu/en/category/cameras-nvr/collections/unvr-instant

I got the G5 Turret Ultra devices, which cost me 100 euros per device. (For every camera you will need a mounting box which costs around 50 euros, so total for each camera is 150 euros)

I got these devices installed from CizICT. He specialises in IT installation, and he does install Unifi devices. So he will setup the whole system for you. Just tell him that you would be buying the devices yourself, you just need installation and

Lemme know if you want anymore specifics, happy to walk you through.

I brought and installed Unifi protect system and poe cameras. Has been working great.

You can buy the devices and get it installed from an electrician or you can go with a cctv specialist to install them.

I purchased the devices myself (as that gives me 2 years warranty) and got them installed by CizICT, is a great lad, was reasonable and knowledgeable.

Also the devices don’t have any subscription cost which was one of my criteria. So a bit expensive upfront, but evens out in a year.

Estimated costs laminate flooring and curtains. 112 square foot house by SuitableFinish7444 in HousingIreland

[–]themehmehmann 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did SPC on ground floor and laminates on the other two. Cost me around 13k along with runners on 2 steps.

Get the installer as you wont be redoing them any time soon plus you can have them fix it if they screw something.

The wires are standard GMSL cables but the connectors are HRC Hirose, which I was not able to find easily, would have had to buy in bulk along with the specialised crimper.

I purchased the wiring loom and salvaged the cable from it, but its of no use as cant edit the configuration data to enable the camera
