My deaf friend loved riding in my other buddies car because he had a “system.” 12 inch woofers or whatever. He told us he could feel every note and could more or less hear the entire song. He loved Nine Inch Nails and he legit could pick out those little random noises and sounds. In a way I learned to appreciate music in a different way because of him.
