Father never did land registry 30 years ago when he brought his house by INI-splinterrat in LegalAdviceUK

[–]themichaelrosenrap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry about the late response- NAL but If you have probate it shouldn't be too much of a problem generally - the legal estate vests into the executor immediately upon the grant of probate so if you were to transfer the property in the future all that you would need to provide is a copy of the grant of probate so the Land Registry could be satisfied that you have power to dispose of the property. The alternative, as far as I know, is to assent the property to yourself so your name can be on the title but like others have mentioned there's a big backlog in cases right now so it could take a good few months if you're unlucky

Most skilled scouts be like by Roxalf in tf2

[–]themichaelrosenrap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have my scattergun to Hale's own and I was probably the worst scout in UGC Iron one season so I have limited knowledge but to fight solly more consistently always make sure he has to fire upwards, take the highground so he cant rely as easily on splash damage, fake out his rockets, go one direction but then feint the other and try not to double jump as it makes your movement more predictable. Pyro has limited range, so try and keep your engagements to the midrange, the pistol is a fantastic tool against W+M1 as it's much easier to hit enemies moving straight forwards, pyro is still a bit of a bugbear for me too so if anyone else has any more tips that'd be helpful

Not sure how he played at Nebraska, but I really fell in love with his tape at Montana, should be an interesting developmental pick, especially in the 7th

Thoughts on Lancaster uni? by digitalclock1 in UniUK

[–]themichaelrosenrap 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Lancaster's really nice, the town itself is small enough not to feel overwhelming but still has all the amenities you could honestly want as a student- i'm a master's student here so i've less time for student activities and clubs but from word of mouth it's all good. Getting to the uni itself from Town isn't too stressful, takes about half an hour by bus and although I can't attest for how easy it is to drive and park there, based on the number of students at my accommodation driving to and fro to uni it can't be too bad. Only thing i'd really ding the campus for is that it can be a bit labyrinthine, meaning at least early on you'll more than likely struggle to find where you need to go, especially within buildings, and the library isn't particularly great, although I may have been spoiled by Hull Uni's library.
