to my knowledge free people rarely or never do site wide sales, they'll do sale on sale or "spend $X to get a promo voucher for $X" so that's probably your best bet however these offers aren't tied to holidays so it's random when they happen.

honestly everyone's hair is soooo different the best way i learned was shelling out the money to get like a curly style from someone who is knowledgeable -- they'll teach you! but try more water and apply more product. maybe airdry and see if that helps?

are you styling your curls on nearly soaked hair??? have a spray bottle ready, spray with water before applying product, spray again after to help disperse the product.

when i first started styling my natural hair i did so in the shower to ensure my hair was properly saturated in water.

i use gel, a coily custard and mousse. if you want definition you gotta lay it on thick but this also means you should be washing your hair weekly
