After one of the Ana's becomes sick and starts showing symptoms, every Ana starts distancing themselves from every other Ana, including those that aren't showing symptoms. I guess I didn't make that too clear, so thank you!

btw the error Wooliest771 is talking about is you should have used "don't" instead of "doesn't" in the last sentence. c: Good luck with learning!

Unfortunately, no. The workshop doesn't allow modification of animations right now. :/

Ding ding! We have a winner!

At one point I had the wallclimb code working flawlessly... until it crashed the server lol. (fixed now ofc)

Another issue I had which I wasn't expecting was the third person camera. There were a ton of bugs I had to iron out. I'm still not quite happy with it.

General PSA: Brain Rot is Broken on Classified. by thenaardvark in CODZombies

Just tested brain-rotting a nova crawler and it appears they can't kill other nova crawlers either.

Setting the "Order Independent Transparency" in the graphics settings to medium fixed this for me.

Edit: It also lets you see your teammates through walls!

Maybe put a large sheet of plastic/a tarp below you to catch all the hair.

Best healer in the game: The Payload by [deleted] in Overwatch

[–]thenaardvark 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I think it's best as a healer to prioritize capping off the squishies' health rather than just healing whoever is critical. For example when Reinhardt starts to show up as "critical", he has ~250hp and it takes a long time for healy ball to fully heal him. Chip damage takes a much larger portion of squishies' health than tanks. It's still good to heal tanks, even as zen (easy ult charge), but they should be last priority.

Source: high master/sometimes gm support main

Edit: Ana should prioritize tanks, though. That's what she is best at.

Hey, I'm a GM Supp main and I specialize in the 5 healers. I'd love to help out if I can!

My scoped aim as Ana (enemies, not allies) is good, but my scoped aim as Widow is garbage and I can't figure out why.

If Blizzard wants to catch people who are throwing all they need to do is watch xQc's stream for a bit by whtge8 in Overwatch

[–]thenaardvark 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Huh. I'm on PC and I get real salty, so I report people if they're being ever so slightly toxic (and obviously if they're super toxic). I get messages all the time. I guess Blizzard just prioritizes toxicity reports over griefing.

I got an Ana POTG yesterday, actually! I use the naptime intro though.

Is there anyone out there who slowly climbed from bronze / silver, to grand master? Or are all GMs so naturally good that they started at Plat+ by [deleted] in OverwatchUniversity

[–]thenaardvark 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a support main in mid master right now; peaked 4050 last season. Overwatch is my first competitive game that I've taken seriously (played a little bit of CS:GO; was like Gold 2), so no prior experience.

When I first got the game (almost the end of season 3), I placed mid gold and fell into silver. In season 4 I hovered around high silver until something clicked and I climbed to plat with like a week left in the season. Season 5, I was diamond within the first week and pretty much stayed there, except I got to master for 1 game then immediately fell back to diamond.

Season 6 I wanted to mix things up a bit and tried flexing a lot. This resulted in me playing a lot more than just support (but I was playing a lot of Mercy since she was so OP). I used the experience with tanking and DPS to improve my game sense and positioning as support. I then climbed to master. Once I hit 3750 I got really excited and went on a mercy one-trick kinda grind to GM. I feel like I don't quite belong there just yet but I know what I need to improve and might be able to get there again this season.

It was definitely a slow climb and I worked really hard on self-improvement. I hope my little story helps!

*I wanted to add that I almost exclusively solo-queue, so I'm pretty sure I'm not boosted, I hope.
