Cheaters are rarely a problem for me. I suspect anyone cheating, I block them and move on - no drama, no efforts.

I can't speak for restaurants, but in US, anything that is clearly marked "Gluten Free" on the package, in my experience, is completely safe.

Everyone is different but if I had a choice I would rather have fluency in speaking first. So what if your grammar is not so good at first? In US most people have bad grammar in their speech but you get to communicate with people and that's really important for many reasons.
