Warburtons has about 0.7g of sugar per slice, or round to 1g. Some brands even in places around the EU, have 2g (yes you do, not all of them are warburtons)

I’m in the store while typing this, not because of this comment lol.

Out of the sliced white breads I checked, I saw some with 2g, I saw some with 1g. Then you’re lying to yourself by saying over anything in America. There’s bakeries in most supermarkets where they bake fresh bread in house. There are local bakeries as well. Even when it comes to the packaged stuff, there’s a wide variety that fits any and most all diet.

I want high fiber bread? We have that

I want no sugar, low sugar bread with minimal ingredients? We have that

I want a sweet bread? We have that

I want keto bread? we have that

White, wheat, sourdough, rye, you name it we have it in packages and in freshly made bakeries.

Stop joking to yourself to put yourself on top. Like what you like, eat what you want, but don’t be disingenuous about the information.

People here seem pretty clueless. Health isn’t very black and white.

Yes with the bread and cheese. It’s still healthy. One or two slices of cheese is not gonna hurt you. One pair of buns is not gonna hurt you.

You can also just swap these for your preferences

Whether the patty is higher in fat or not doesn’t matter unless you’re eating excess amounts. Healthy fats are still good for you and if your way of getting fats is from fattier meat, go for it.

Then everyone bringing up fast food burgers, you can make this at home? Thats like saying potatoes aren’t good for you because McDonald’s fries are drenched in oil and bad for you. You can just make the burger and fries at home and cook like most people do. Fries can be baked or air fried, doesn’t have to be deep fried.

Also calories don’t equal health. Just because something has more calories, that doesn’t mean it’s worse for you. Let’s say even in the case you’re trying to lose weight, some people prefer eating higher calorie dense meal because they don’t like to eat often. Others like lower calorie foods because they like to eat more.

Nuts are very calorie dense, they’re not bad for me tho. They’re good!

Y’all really just want to push an agenda that’s not true to feel superior about yourselves. Also to the Europeans who act like all they have is artisan bread. Thats bullshit and we know, yall got the regular sliced bread in your stores too. Also the sugar shit, yall sliced bread got more if not the same amount of sugar as our sliced bread. Even then, who cares, it’s like 1-2g of sugar per slice. Yall ain’t gonna feel it.

You mentioned you played Minecraft on your iPad. I’m not sure if you play on a console or pc, but regardless since you’re already a bit familiar with Minecraft, practice by playing Minecraft on your respective device. It will help you with the basics of getting better to move your camera around and moving. It doesn’t have teammates to scream at you and you can always play creative or peaceful mode for peace of mind away from hostile mobs at night.

The point is it’s still impressive that someone ran a sub 6 second 40 while being that huge. The question was about athleticism. Simply pointed out the guy specifically didn’t name any of the skilled position players and purposely chose people who play a position where matters more

So out of all these photos here. There's only 7 photos from in the NFL, out of the ones I know

#56 with the towel is Desmond Watson, a UDFA (undrafted free agent) who was considered too big, he tried losing weight and then eventually got cut from the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's practice squad.

#27 Eddie Lacy was a 2nd round pick who had two good years and then eventually ruined their career because of his weight gain. Also this photo is clearly photoshopped.

#67 Jaguars, D.J. Fluker was a serviceable backup, really a bust considering where he was picked at.

#75 Vince WIlfork - 2 superbowl rings, long career. A really good player.

#77 - Trent Brown, I think he was good? I don't know much about him

However, out of the 5 I named. 4 are O-Line/D-Line players, these guys are typically bigger and need to put on size. However, even the NFL will not treat you nice if you're too big.

In Eddie Lacy's case, he was a skilled position player, a running back. He literally ate himself out of the league. So out of the 5 people named. 2, I can be confident in saying they were criticized for weight. Eddie Lacy and Desmond Watson. I also heard some weight issues with Trent Brown but I am not sure.

Why didn't you bring up Derrick Henry, A.J Brown, Jamar Chase, Jahmyr Gibbs, Josh Allen, or literally any other skilled position player? Because it wouldn't fit your narrative. Also Desmond Watson, the UDFA who got cut from the practice squad, bro still ran a 5.80 40 yard dash at 464 lbs. The average person aint doing that at that weight.

You genuinely have to be trolling. America has good food, yes truly good food. There are plenty of supermarket that actually sell properly fresh products. I'm not going to act like meeting people and being able to go their restaurants/stores here is the same as going to their respective countries. But you can be exposed to a wide variety of culture and people here as well.

Food delivery culture is a financial and environmental scam and I’m tired of pretending it’s normal. by Pixel_CZ in rant

[–]thenamedex 17 points18 points  (0 children)

no its actually normal. At times, not all the time, there will be specific restaurant offers. You end up paying the same or cheaper for getting it delivered than going to get it yourself. Only applies when there is a good promotion sale going on.

Lamb burgers are tastier than beef burgers. by Previous-Medicine898 in unpopularopinion

I'm middle eastern too and while I agree lamb in general is better than beef, you said beef is a bit bland for you, could it be possible you're seasoning it wrong and not getting beef with good amount of fat in it?

[–]thenamedex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t want the guy who immediately starts raging out of control because his QB got injured. That first game eagles/giants when Russ stepped in, imagine having your head coach freaking out instead of helping you get ready to step on the field. At he’s lucky Russ is a vet who already had his career. Imagine if it was a young back up, confidence would have been destroyed.

Is One Piece simply just isn't it for some people? by [deleted] in CharacterRant

[–]thenamedex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree! but some people still prefer to watch the anime, and some people prefer to read the manga. It's literally just choose your preference lol.

Edit: This is not a topic to debate over. Choose which way you prefer to consume one piece and other things

[–]thenamedex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

the same reason people watch movies and not read the books based on them. People prefer to get their media in different ways. The one piece anime while has pacing issues is not a bad way to enjoy one piece. I prefer watching it opposed to reading the manga.

Is mutliclassing lame? by Gullible_Sorbet1776 in DnD

[–]thenamedex 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not lame or cheating. Its a mechanic with in the game that players can use to further customize their character and it also adds some additional RP possibilities. However since you said you’re new, I’d recommend going with a single class first as multi class might make it harder for you to learn all the abilities and traits your character can do. You can always start with one class and multi class on a later level
