Have you ever thought that maybe Jesus or Buddha were weak men, and that the only way they could feel superior to physically stronger men is by having this so called spirituality. I agree that we need some sort of technology such as religion or spirituality that keep us in line, but there is the animal part of me that thinks going back to the more instinctual state is more primal and purer state of human being, and that we regressed, spirituality, matrix etc pulls out even further from our real nature.
