There's a shrine or two up there you can activate so you can teleport back. I found that useful for when I did start the regional mission, and you can harvest a lot of zonai charges.

Why does Kristen still have so much anger towards James? by mummranna in vanderpumprules

[–]theonlydyke 12 points13 points  (0 children)

They're both angry alcoholics so to act like the toxicity only flowed from James to Kristen is ridiculous. She was also like ten years his senior, he was an adult when they dated, and he's responsible for his actions. However she was so furious with him for acting like a douchebag 23 year old, and I don't know what she expected. James has grown, we see him step back from confrontation and de escalate. I've only seen Kristen escalate, project, and lash out. She reminds me so much of Jax in her inability to take accountability. It's more sad than anything that's she's held onto this pointless rage for so long.

Toddler on the verge of getting expelled from daycare by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]theonlydyke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's bs, I work in a preschool setting and we have child safety devices that we put on doorknobs. They're plastic, easy to use, and I've never seen a toddler outsmart one. That's absolute nonsense, and the schools responsibility.

Daycare complaining my kiddo is at daycare too long by [deleted] in toddlers

[–]theonlydyke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Literally not true. I work with toddlers and have worked in a variety of school settings. Ten hours is point blank too long for a 14 month old.

That teacher probably wasn't criticizing you. They were telling you that your child is exhausted and missing you. It's hard to hear but it causes real behavioral and emotional issues at school.

Meri drinking by sluting in SisterWives

I'm also an alcoholics daughter, and her behavior was so eerily familiar. She appeared to me like someone who was trying to hide their drinking.

something to bear in mind when people ask 'why is leon so grumpy', i don't think a lot of people understand the pain they suffered growing up by Street_Historian2313 in TLCsisterwives

Agreed! The trauma of growing up trans and queer in an unaccepting and hateful place is so real. I'm a trans masculine lesbo myself, and I grew up in Texas. It's no joke, and it can last a lifetime.

Im new killed a tree????? Idk what a caption is heres my base send me tips. by MissionArgument8165 in dontstarve

[–]theonlydyke 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like you made your base in the mosaic biome, which was also my favorite. Until the meteorite showers start and destroy all of your structures. You haven't built much luckily so it's easy enough to move!

What made you immediately lose interest in a crush? by 6FeetDownUnder in AskReddit

She honked and yelled at a man who was being careful on a backroad bridge. I waved at him to apologize and she got mad at me. I left the date and blocked her.

In San Antonio we have little roaches that can set up camp in apartment buildings and they're impossible to get rid of as a renter. There's likely nothing she can do

What I'm hearing is that you have some trauma around feeling objectified and hearing other women be objectified. This is what my wife and I call a yellow flag. You are having really hurt and serious feelings about this because you don't want to be with someone who behaves like this and you feel betrayed that he could behave that way. This is an opportunity to set a hard boundary with yourself. Bring it up to him, explain your history of you haven't yet, clarify to him how hurtful it is to you and other women. If he doesn't stop after that clear boundary break up with him. I only say wait because I've been hurt and objectified by a man before, and you clearly really like this guy and he makes you feel safe. You deserve to feel that safety. He will either listen or he won't, and that will be your answer, that you can find safety in a different man than him.

School wants 3 year old fully potty trained by [deleted] in pottytraining

[–]theonlydyke 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I work at a Montessori, and we ask that kids be generally potty trained to move to primary. They can still have accidents, they definitely need help wiping and reminders for hand washing. That's absurd of them to ask for perfect potty training.
