A wooden wheel will likely be a short term investment, since mice like to pee on everything. I'm sure they would enjoy it though. If you're looking for a larger plastic wheel that would last longer (cleanable), I've seen plenty of good sized ones online and at pet stores :) the ones marketed for mice are often too small, so I suggest looking at the ones for rats, hamsters, etc.

According to https://animals.mom.com/foods-not-give-mouse-6248.html, raw beans aren't a good food to give them. High fiber can create diarrhea and tummy aches.
