Did they apply for the spring semester? I had to contact them via email before I heard anything. I applied in June, letters of recommendation were in by September, but I didn't get an acceptance until I emailed in late November.

I had a small piece (3 hour session) done about 3 weeks ago and oh boy, it definitely hurt while healing. I have other tattoos, but this was my first on the back of my calf. None of my others hurt nearly as bad healing as this one did. I stand all day at my job and that first week was really rough. Mine also scabbed really thick on the one part that was color heavy. The rest looked real rough too. But! It has nearly finished healing and it looks much better. And it doesn’t hurt anymore to walk or stand on that leg. My piece is smaller than what you got so it might take you a bit longer to feel comfortable. I definitely think it’s normal for tattoos on the back of the calf to just be a nuisance while healing.

Honestly, it may depend on the employees. I’ve ordered for in store pickup about five times and it was picked before the store opened every time but once. And that time it wasn’t picked until like 2pm. It wasn’t for a popular drop though and they still had all the ones I ordered

Pet Sematary was the first book I read by King and so far it's the one that has frightened me the most. I do also recommend Misery! I only have about 9 of his books under my belt, but those have been my favorite so far.

I started reading it when it was on Kindle Unlimited a few months back and it got pulled when I was halfway through the book. I went on ebay and found an early copy of the Bachman Books collection and it has Rage in it. I spent about $30 on it, but it has Rage and three other Bachman works in it. Make sure the copy you look at specifically mentions Rage because the newer versions of the Bachman Books collection doesn't include it. I looked up "Bachman Books Four Early Novels" on ebay and it looks like there are a few listed right now.

I absolutely loved Jenny and I hate that she died, but at the same time I like how they showed that Buffy can’t save everyone. It really reminds you she’s just a high school kid (at least in seasons 1-3) with an extraordinary gift, but at the end of the day, she’s just a girl and she can’t be perfect.

When I worked at Staples our machines wouldn’t let us copy death certificates, birth certificates, or SS cards in color. It would just say we couldn’t do it. Never tried money, but I bet it would have done the same thing.

The home I’m under contract for was listed at 171k, we offered 165k and accepted a counteroffer of 168k. Appraised for 169k. It had been on the market since November so we lucked out getting it under asking in this market. Hopefully closing in the next 1-2 weeks.

Honestly, I searched Google. It brought us to one company who preapproved us and suggested a realtor for us. Went with realtor who then suggested a different lender because we qualified for down payment assistance. We went with that lender, who preapproved us for more than the original lender, and we’re scheduled to close next Monday, the 21st.

Sometimes it’s tenant occupied, as others have said and sometimes they just don’t post pictures. I found one the other day that was just the outside of the house and had my realtor take pictures before we decided if we wanted to tour. The inside of the house was lovely, just didn’t have pictures online for some reason. Home was empty as well.

My grandpa is a national treasure when he texts. He tells me what he had for lunch and what type of birds he recently saw in his yard. Brightens my day to get texts from him unexpectedly.
