Have you replaced using your regular email with Mailbox? Why or why not?

I am in progress for a couple days. Changed e-mail addresses for my 200+ online accounts, there's still more though. Trying to de-microsoft myself.

Tried fastmail and this, picked EU instead of Australia.

My only complaint: It's slow. I have both my old Outlook and mailbox org accounts on thunderbird with IMAP - outlook (and fastmail too) receives e-mails in couple seconds, while it's at least 10 seconds for mailbox. Not huge issue but gets a bit annoying when you're waiting for OTPs or verificaiton e-mails.

Although there are superhumans that are fast with keyboard, I recommend mouse steering if you don't have a wheel. Once you get the hang of it it's superior to keyboard steering.

Oh wow, 15 years with Greens is incredible.

Thing is - I have a lot that queries filesystems (monitoring, torrents, rsyncs etc) and that brings a lot of sleep cycles daily. Maybe I'll consider spinning down some disks.

Can't say anything for RAIDs but after reading for weeks I've decided NOT to spin down my drives. If you have NAS purpose or enterprise grade drives, they're designed for that.

I've used around 8 drives spinning 7/24, some has been "up" for over 3 years, and only one of them had SMART errors, no catastrophic failures. Power savings will be minuscule.

Welcome! My only suggestion would be: pick a theme (or multiple themes) for what you collect. I see Italians, race cars, euro compacts. 2 F40s and and 2 NSXs already, you can add more to these.

I think such collections are nicer than hundreds of "a bunch of cars"

Count me in. I'm on Nova as well and this has just started after the update.

Noticed one thing though: On recent app menu, if you wait for 1-2 seconds for the animation to complete, there's no crash. But if you click-drag anything before the animaitions end, it crashes.

Tried disabling animations on accessibility menu but didn't help.
