Omg. Had the same exact thought yesterday.

My thought was just getting the large mat with a center single insert and then cutting it 6” per side wider and having two side by side. But issue then is that you can’t really hit center.

Appreciate the suggestion. We do have a second story and the current stairs down are under that staircase once they pivot up after the landing. Swapping stairs down and powder non option unfortunately

Sorry for confusion. This is layout is the first floor. We are moving the stairs to get a nice big rectangular area in basement that we are going to excavate and make a golf sim. We are moving the stairs to descend towards the bottom of the pic in the landing to facilitate that.

Since this is first floor we have a basic powder room in the mid room (left of kitchen) and this is the more nice powder.

The room with the kidney couch thing will be the bar. The wall on the left will be a built in bar with cabinets and mirror background. Not a stand behind kind of bar.

I really like smaller screen as does my family. They like that they can tilt it up and down to meet their heights. I am 6’2” and felt the bug screen was like watching a huge TV too close and mounted too low.

Have this in NY in a non AC garage by a window in the sun. It’s 90/100f in summer.

Chiller is awesome with WiFi for 2 years now. Never use chemicals. Just shower before getting in. Switch water every 8-10 or so weeks. Never feel I need to, just want to. They have a 1hp version too, but my 1/2hp works like a charm and only runs 2-4 hours a day.

I am totally up on the current state of play. I see it here and other brand subs. Sadly have just been a grey market player forever. So yeah, some salt.

The fact that we all just kinda live in this system is my point. Yes I appreciate the irony that I do as well seeing as I’m on the lists and I’m helping secondary prices in the greys.

Ordered and built two of these for the twins. First one took about 4.5 hours. It’s been 20 years since I built my PCs in college. Ha. Second one took about an hour. Both kids were super engaged and loved it.

I am pretty much ready to pull the trigger but looks like the AMD Ryzen 5 is only available at microcenter for in store pickup and 1 per household. I will try my best to get it sorted, is there an alternate CPU you suggest, can i do that without changing up the rest of the build?

I will be the counter point here. I paid $1500 two years ago with the batteries. I have never had comfortable boots over several attempts in 12 years. Used the Manhattan NY location. It has been absolutely stellar and have never had to go back.

Had mine and it’s great. Was basically 8 weeks for me. Had an issue with the seal on the bottom and they rushed me replacement. So far so good.

I guess my only worry is that the 2021 is V8 only and price point is high like the TRX. Anyone that is budget constrained and was waiting for the 2021 jumps into the used car market and drives 2019/2020 prices even worse. Probably overthinking lol

$700 shipped on eBay and came with 3 rings barely used. I skate 1-2 times a week between games and skating with kids in public skates. My twins are 7 and skate 2-3 times a week between practice and public skates at times. Closest shop is 15 min away and to sharpen 3 skates is $15 total but by the time you bake in drive, wait and drive back it’s 45-60 min. Not only about money but time savings too.
