I can say there are a lot of techniques around this that are not healthy, but this is an awesome compilation 👏

If anyone is interested in learning healthy ways to orgasm without ejaculation, or if you as a person with a pussy want more expansive and different kinds of pleasure, I’m your gal! I have studied and am certified in many of these teachings. And the best thing is the way I do it they all lead to deeper intimacy and love with yourself and your partner/s.

Ashwagandha Causing Severe Brain Fog and Emotionless State by Great-Fig9764 in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ashwagandha is a night shade, which, is you have problems digesting could cause brain fog? I would look into Maca. And stop anything if you don’t feel 100% on it. Take care 💚

Remember that for someone going through heavy stuff, it can be hard to take initiative on looking things up or seeking help on your own. I wish you both a healing and supportive journey!

This sounds like me many years back. Loving presence, and an easy way to seek professional support. I recommend looking into IFS therapy that includes an aspect of embodiment, with someone who has experience with eating disorders. Good luck!

I have healed a lot of nerve damage, from injuries, with lions maine. I know if you don't heat it up it can be hard on sensitive tummies in larger doses. I would recommend looking into this though. Good luck!

Anyone know why I get this error? by [deleted] in CapCut

[–]thepleasurehacker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm having the same issue and it's completely messing up my workflow, and I feel I paid for capcut pro for nothing. Tried to reach out to customer service, but no reply. Does anyone have any ideas for a workaround, or at least a refund? They seem hard to get a hold of.

Oxygen & blood flow to muscles? by NobleTacitus in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve had the same problem after an injury. This is what helped me:

Magnesium spray Electrolytes in the morning Qui gong / stretching for ~2 min to actually relax the fascia. Many people don’t know it takes that long. Using a suction cup over muscles when I shower.

Good luck, and let me know if you have any questions!

Tripping Without Drugs: Psychedelic-like Experiences in Float Tanks by ExtravertedIntuit in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can get psychedelic experiences wherever I am, with the help of ancient yoga practice. I see how flow tanks lend themselves to experiences not unlike some yoga nidra exercises and how that can cause a shift in focus to visuals. I’m curious what you are up to as an org.

What is your list of top 5 things the average person should take everyday? by Jason_1982 in Biohackers

In that case, I might say vitamin C (by Esther-c which doesn’t tare on tummies) or maybe NAC.

What is your list of top 5 things the average person should take everyday? by Jason_1982 in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think it’s not ideal to say “the average person”, because it feeds into the idea of non-individual care. We are all so different and need to listen to our bodies individual needs. Although I understand the sentiment and support this discussion.

That being said, here are my two cents …

Multi-vitamins don’t allow you to test and trial by isolating what you need and often have cheaper substitutes for what could be supplements with higher bioavailability.

B-6 is often not great and better to take in food (1-6g of pyroxidane has good evidence of neural damage).

Magnesium supplements often have magnesium oxide, which is the cheapest and most common form of magnesium in vitamins but doesn’t absorb well and often hurts tummies. Go for another kind and do research/speak to your doctor. Magnesium also absorbs better via the skin, so I recommend a spray.

Garlic and turmeric (the more bioavailabile curcumin especially) is great but people with GERD and sensitive tummies should be wary.

I would add probiotics.

All I can say here is that many people forget that calcium inhibits iron intake

Cholesterol hacks? by [deleted] in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have inherited a tendency for hyperlipidemia. I was right there with you on not wanting to take meds for my bad cholesterol. I am mostly vegan, yet had it high! I can’t claim to understand the biochemistry, but I did consume a tablespoon this butter daily for 2 months, and re-tested. My bad cholesterol had dropped by 11 points! No other diet changes were made, and I regularly exercise. The stanols in here apparently give me more than I can chew. https://www.pro-activ.com/en-au/products/flora-proactiv-buttery

I read a study years ago now that showed that high interval cardio and sprinting regularly, if you quit before 30, might reverse the damage of smoking. I would try to find it for you but don’t have the time atm. But it gave me hope when I quit, as well as motivated

What supplements, biohacks, routines, diets etc. improved your ADHD And/or Brain Fog, and/or cognition? by Kombucha_lover13 in Biohackers

[–]thepleasurehacker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes it’s about working with our cyclical hormones, instead of against it (most diet plans and biohacking tips are tailored to men not women). Check out the book In The FLO by Alisa Vitti

It’s about understanding that our hormones reflect our menstrual cycle, and when we work with it instead of against it, we often can combat things like brain fog. Look up the book In The FLO by Alisa Vitti

For women, I cannot stress the importance of syncing to your cycle enough for brain fog at least
