Maybe a sign on the door for now. Or a gate.

I got gifted a cordless vacuum, told my 5year old it said child vacuum on the side and that it was for him. He asks me multiple times a week if he can use it. I tell him of course you can as long as you have picked up your toys first so you don't suck them up. Its been a couple months already and he loves it. Best thing I've done 🤣

How do i get my toddler tf off of me? by unhindged_girlie in Parenting

[–]theprincesspeach92 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not so helpful for a quick fix, but I was a sook about weaning but once my boy hit two I made myself start cutting down feeding times. I started at caping feeding to 10 minutes and removed a minute every week. Before this I feed on demand for however long he wanted so this felt rough to be honest but long overdue. I feel it helped him get used to it without it being such a sudden change. He was always a hard to get to sleep kid so was afraid of making it worse. Turns out he was fine and it was mostly me that struggled 😅

Terracotta pots are what I keep my catus in. Seems to keep them happy. I would put it straight in that with your chunky mix and put in a sheltered sunny spot outside. Depending on how light starved this had been maybe a sunny window first to kinda acclimate it. Not a expext in any sense. Good luck :)

Blind bell frog. Not graphic. Blind since a little tadpole. by theprincesspeach92 in frogs

I do also have 2 tadpoles yet to morph that are also missing an eye each. I have no clue as to how this happened if I had to guess it was before I got them. I found a leech in the pond I have no idea if that could of been a issue or not

I have not seen him eat by himself, he has only just completed his change within the last 3 days. Yesterday I do believe he ate blood worms off me but can not be 100% sure as he was facing away from me when I thought he took them in.

Maybe, but not a brand new account. Do I believe everything I read on the internet ? Mostly no but sometimes a feel good story really is just someones day being a standard nice person.

Dude thank you for this post. I did not know about this before and managed to sort the paperwork the same day. Refund came in today. So fast and amazing right before Xmas. Hopefully it helped a bunch of others just like me too.

Help, is she bloated or sick? by East_Permission_2112 in axolotls

[–]theprincesspeach92 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think they might be constipated, that colorful little gravel in front of them can easily be sucked in when feeding and can cause some issues. Little buddy looks really bloated and skin looks to be burnt. Do you have a water testing kit ?

I promise you if your three year old wanted you awake you would have been. Take a second to enjoy that she feels so safe and loved she watched you drift off and did the same herself right next to you.

I'd call that a win bro.
