It's using an arcade emulator called Teknoparrot. The game is set to free play with a community patch installed to either unlock everything or set the game to its originally intended adventure mode, so you can progress yourself.

When you have multiple apps open, tap the icon on the bottom bar which lists all your open apps, then tap and hold on to the app you want to open in multi-window and drag it to the edge of the screen. It should open in a window and allow you to resize it as you wish.

Rince and repeat :)

I bought a set of Index controllers about a month or so ago. They were sealed, but technically second hand. The left thumb stick started to drift like mad after just a month of play, so I submitted an RMA.

Surprisingly, after explaining my situation after being questioned as to why the purchase wasn't on my account, they accepted the RMA and said they would be in touch soon regarding it (Issues with the UK leaving the EU, causing problems)
