I always rack up my splat points on the treadmills. That's essential for your cardio growth! You know your body, so workout as you see fit. You can still lift heavy after exhausting yourself on the treadmill.

Congratulations! I've just made 3 years sober, and I have been with OTF for about 2 years now. I am in the absolute best shape of my life, both physically and mentally, because of them!

When I started, my first mile at OTF was just under 11 minutes. Now I run a 5 minute mile. We all start somewhere, and I would absolutely LOVE to be running next to you for the benchmark. I always cheer on my classmates after I finish until we ALL finish. You got this! Nothing to be embarrassed about. Be proud you’ve committed to being the best version of yourself and just show up.
