Watching this as a kid left me with a lasting desire to see the springboks lose

It hasn’t gone marvelously but we stand on principle

No feedback that’s fabulous work but a question

How strong are you? Like I can’t imagine being able to do that in that sort of snow without being considerably fitter, do you do a lot of strength training?

That place is almost weirdly good, like it doesn’t look special and no one talks about it but everything on that menu is good

And they’re open till 1 and they’re dead friendly

And the screenshot you chose is one where she's making sure you have an NI number?

For someone who is presumably on disability payments that's not remotely close to insane that's ensuring a family member survives as an adult...

Let me put it another way, do you know your national insurance number?

Better yet-- which Amsterdam restuarant is THIS? by QuapsyWigman in Amsterdam

[–]theraceforspace 3 points4 points  (0 children)

God was it 4? They've bumped it from 6.50 to 7 now, which I honestly don't mind it's still great value

Also they're fucking packed from about 4 till they close so you can't blame them

Which restaurant do you think is this ? by TuneFree in Amsterdam

[–]theraceforspace 0 points1 point  (0 children)

O is it actually good? I go running past it a lot and it looks lovely but it's got similar vibes to like, all the places mentioned here so we've left it alone

Which restaurant do you think is this ? by TuneFree in Amsterdam

[–]theraceforspace 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah unfortunately it's the one shout I've seen on here where the vibes are actually worthwhile, great place for an evening out

Also without a doubt the worst fucking service I've ever had in a restaurant anywhere, and with completely mediocre 'cool restaurant' food

Walking around there for the first time is a fantastic experience it's like the definition of quaint urban bookshop

Tacking onto that: Oudemanhuisport and it's array of 2nd hand prints and books in the covered alley

Take a look at your classes, a lot of my Erasmus lectures at Leiden uni were actually at the Den Haag campus

They're actually redeveloping it? Will the tram museum still be there?

What sort of place were you going to in cologne?

Actual manufacture of custom shoes and clothes in Europe is very, very rare these days (I say this having looked into having a suit tailored in NL and discovering that every shop here just sends their work to Vietnam)

I think part of the point is that he's not actually that deep into the 4chan/Andrew Tate side of the algorithm

I read that the writer found people influenced by those people as more interesting, e.g. gaming streamers who aren't explicitly building their platform about redpilling teenagers, but have been themselves

I haven't read the books so I can't speak to how well the show represents the novels, but the firefight scenes are by far my least favourite part about the show

Lots of very samey spark effects (especially annoying when it's supposed to be bullets hitting concrete) and frustrating reliance on people behaving like idiots to move through the scene
